**Special Note***

Hey all, this is going out a little later than intended. We are onsite at Big Cedar and getting set up. There are scattered showers across the metroplex this afternoon. Small cells popping up constantly. Over the past hour we have had a very short 5 minute shower but that is it. Trail conditions are better today than last week thanks to a little bit of moisture.

We are moving forward with tonight's race #5 of the DFW Summer Series presented by Sun & Ski Sports. There is no mud last time we were on trail, but we may have some very slick rocks and roots.

With a cool breeze and low temps (for July) week 5 of the DFW Burning Soles at Northshore Trail, Flower Mound, Tx. was a great one!
