Great year for Piping Plovers at Goosewing Beach Preserve! 11 pairs raised 17 fledglings, after two summers with no surviving chicks. In total, three Sakonnet beaches produced 42 fledglings this year. Thank you to the seasonal staff and volunteers, and our great partners at South Shore Beach Official.
