Lindsay Loaded Baked Potato Fundraiser

We’re excited to announce our next Loaded Baked Potato Fundraiser, taking place on Monday, September 28, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

All proceeds from this fundraiser will support the Downtown Lindsay Christmas Decorations, helping bring some holiday cheer to our community!

You can pre-order your loaded baked potatoes using the attached Delivery Form. Please note that a minimum order of 5 potatoes is required for delivery. Email the form to: [email protected]

🌳 Harvard Park ADA Picnic Area Project! 🧺

We’re excited to share the progress on our Harvard Park ADA Picnic Area Project! 🎉

The concrete has been poured, and we’re one step closer to creating a more accessible and welcoming space for everyone in our community. ADA accessible picnic tables and new trash cans are scheduled to be installed next month. ♿️🪑

This improvement project is made possible through Proposition 68 Per Capita Funding awarded to the City of Lindsay. These funds are helping us make meaningful improvements to our parks and create spaces where everyone can enjoy the outdoors. 🌿☀️

As a Recreation Leader I, you’ll help bring our programs, memberships, special events, facility rentals, and everyday recreation services to life. If you’re dependable, high energy, enjoy working with people, and aren’t afraid to jump in where needed, we want to hear from you!

Introducing Tiny Hoopers! 🏀⭐️

This introductory program gives young athletes a fun and supportive place to learn the fundamentals of basketball, build confidence, and get moving!

📅 Saturdays, January 9–30, 2027
📍 Roosevelt Elementary Gym
💲 $25 per child—program T-shirt included!

🏀 TK/K: 9:30–10:30 a.m.
🏀 1st–2nd Grade: 10:45–11:45 a.m.

Registration for Lindsay’s inaugural Youth Basketball League opens October 1! 🏀⛹️

Open to learners content level 3rd - 8th and all skill levels. Leagues will help youth develop basketball fundamentals, confidence, character, and sportsmanship in a fun and supportive environment.

📅 Registration opens October 1
🏀 Grades 3rd–8th
💲 $50 per player
⏰ Registration deadline: December 4, 2026

Practices begin in January 2027, with Saturday games played from February through March.

Interested in coaching? Volunteer coaches receive free registration for one child!
