The Precor AMT 100i Adaptive Motion Trainer is a commercial-grade, low-impact, 4-in-1, self-powered elliptical that allows users to instantly change stride length (0–27 inches) and motion type (running, walking, stepping, lunging) without adjusting settings. It offers a total-body workout with dual-plane resistance and 20 resistance levels.

* Little / No Impact on joints
* Does not need a power source, machine powers on with movement so can place anywhere
* Commercial grade means it doesn’t feel flimsy when using it
