Every one of these clients started in the same spot.

Frustrated, unsure if this would actually work for them, or tired of getting “better” instead of actually better.

What they have in common: they stopped waiting for it to get worse and started something specific. A plan built around their actual body, their actual goals, their actual life. Some trained in person. Some trained through their phone while traveling. All of it built to keep going, not just get them out of pain.

And more than one of them has told me the same thing: it was worth it. Not the cheapest option out there. The one that actually worked.

If any of this sounds like you, you’re not behind, and you’re not alone. You’re just at the part where you decide.

DM me and let’s talk about what’s next.

Allow me to introduce myself.

I’m Troy. I spent the first decade of my career in a busy sports + ortho clinic, good at the job, and running into the same wall over and over: people would get “better” and then get cut off right before they got back to what really mattered to them. One insurance rep told me a postop athlete was done because she could walk without pain. She had a whole life of sport, shoot her whole LIFE, ahead of her. That wasn’t close to good enough.

So I built Drive Wellness & Physio Co. One-on-one sessions backed by real coaching in between: daily programming, direct messaging, health habit coaching, and feedback on every single rep, not just the minutes you’re in the room.

Over a decade in the field, 250+ people helped along the way, and this is where I’m putting all of it to work.

Off the clock I’m a full-blown plant/dog/real dad, a chips-and-salsa loyalist, and a former competitive powerlifter now chasing CrossFit PRs.

Follow along for the stuff nobody tells you about getting back to 100%, real client wins, a model of working together that will change how you view what’s possible, and the truth about what it actually takes to stop settling for “better.”

DM me COMEBACK if you’re done accepting wherever you’re at as the ceiling.

A lot of tendon issues aren’t just a mobility problem.
They’re often an under-loading problem.

While rest, ice, stretching, and soft tissue work can help calm symptoms down, tendons also need progressive loading to build tolerance and capacity again.

Slow, controlled eccentrics can be a great addition.

For a lot of driven adults, the challenge isn’t motivation.

It’s figuring out how to keep moving forward when life gets busy, schedules change, stress is high, or the body starts pushing back.

That’s why I believe support has to go beyond a single appointment.

The goal is to help people stay active, capable, and confident through real life. Not just during the perfect weeks.

Grateful for people who trust me with that process.

If I saw you in this office three times a week, that would still only account for about 1.8% of your week.

And for some people, that model works great.

But many people need more, and different.

That’s a big part of why I’ve built Drive the way I have — combining high-quality in-person care with programming, check-ins, education, messaging, and digital support between sessions.

Because what happens outside the office matters, for your training, your recovery, your habits, your flare-ups.

Your real life.

The goal isn’t just to give you a good session. It’s to help you keep moving forward the other 98.2% of the time.
