Focus Class tonight: Falls, Takedowns, Ground-fighting basics.

All students welcome; what we do will depend on who participates.

Ground-fighting gets very close. Wear a cup, trim your nails, have a recently washed uniform.

Weapons tonight: Tonfa and/or Escrima

Monday July 27th:

Open class: low intensity basics, strength, mobility.

No open floor.

Stay hydrated throughout the day.

We are low on water cooler refills. Bring full water bottles to class this week.

Next Heart of the Bear Taekwondo for Kids session begins Sat 1 Aug.
classes are Sat mornings from 10:20 - 11:10

Class will be very low key with short-low exertion strength/mobility/stretch/balance with long recovery sessions. No open floor tonight.

Thank you to the families of Chung Do Kwan Taekwondo for your support of the Cornhusker State Games. (We missed getting a group picture this year.) Seeing our students warming up together, running forms with mock judges (see pic) prior to the competition, and the fist pumps and cheers of support is what it is all about! We are proud of you!
