Why does form matter?

Good form is the foundation of every technique.

Before students can move faster or generate more power, they need to learn how to move correctly. That is why our instructors spend time encouraging, coaching, and making small adjustments throughout class.

Proper form helps students build confidence, stay safe, and develop skills that will serve them throughout their martial arts journey.

Trust is a big part of training.

When students trust their partner, they can focus on learning, challenging themselves, and building confidence in a safe environment.
