📢 TACKLE FOOTBALL SCHEDULE CHANGE FROM JOE IN BANGOR

“Just reaching out with a schedule change. With the time that we are allotted at Cameron, along with my work schedule, I just want to give you a heads up that the schedule will be as follows:

🏈 5/6 will play at 11:00 AM (our flag group will be clear by 10:00 AM, so warmups can begin. Plus, neighboring fields are available.)

🏈 3/4 will play at 1:00 PM.

Hey everyone! I posted the flyer the first time and then second-guessed myself 😂 But I just confirmed with Frank that Bangor changed the times of their games this weekend. The games are at 11:00 AM for 5+6 and 1:00 PM for 3+4 this weekend!

We’re excited to take our Rec Football players and Cheerleaders to the UMaine football game! 🎉
📅 Saturday, October 17th
🏈 Game Time: 1:00 PM
📍 Meet at the Main Gate at 12:00 PM
🎟️ Tickets: $10 each
We’re putting together our group now! If you plan to attend, please sign up and let us know how many tickets you will be purchasing.
👉 Please make sure you put your name AND the number of tickets you need on the sign-up sheet.
We’re looking forward to a fun day cheering on the Black Bears! 🐻🏈📣
Please sign up as soon as possible so we can get an accurate ticket count by the end of next week 9/25!

➡️ PK–1st Grade does NOT have assigned teams. This program is a skills-based program, so all players participate together.

📍 2–6 Coed Soccer
🕑 2:00–3:00 PM – Galaxy vs. Rapids
🕒 3:00–4:00 PM – Revolution vs. Galaxy

📧 TEAM REMINDER: Emails were sent out earlier this week with team assignments. If your child is in 2nd–6th grade and has not been placed on a team, please reach out to the Rec Department so we can get you squared away!

🏈 UMaine Football Game Trip! 🏈

We’re working on putting together another UMaine Football experience October 17th for our rec football players and cheerleaders, and we want to share some of the exciting things included! 💙🏈

🎟️ Discounted ticket prices
🏟️ Line up at the locker room when the team comes out
📣 Interact with players and cheerleaders
📸 Meet & greet with pictures after the game
✨ And MORE! We’re still working on some of the details!

We have always had a great experience with these game trips, and we’re excited to hopefully do it again!

⚠️ We need to know who is planning to attend ASAP! If you are interested in going, please let Frank or the Rec Office know as soon as possible so we can get an idea of how many people will be attending.
