We are Lincoln, Nebraska’s first complete MMA gym—featuring submission grappling, kickboxing, boxing, self-defense, wrestling, and fitness training.

Lincoln MMA is the home of Team Viper, a competitive MMA fight team. Although competitive fighting may be the most noticeable aspect of Lincoln MMA, we also encourage non-competitive, fitness-style training.
