Well the 2026 Mennare Aerosports QSAC Dirt Nationals are in the books. We had a lot stacked against us with rain. Not as much as central Indiana but still a lot. The thing that makes this special is the fellowship and Commodore that takes place at this event. Lots of smiles, ball busting and laughing heard along the three days. Congratulations to Christopher Stump and John Pipchok as well as Donnie Donny Sullivan on your championships. Well deserved. A big shout out to out to Outlaw Raceway Park and Mike Willmann Kim Meyer for hosting this event. Its always the highlight of my summer. Would like to thank all the racers for sticking it out. We got it in! Big thanks to Randy Oerter for getting us out of the trailer to run in the track with the race cars. Dirty, but well worth it. Thanks Brian McDaniels for getting your golf kart dirty running it in tbe rest of the way. Mikes truck would have been far to heavy. Now to the sponsors that make it happen.

Last night events was unfortunately cancelled due to heavy rain. Sun came out late in the afternoon but the track was very heavy with water. We will start a complete show today starting at 1 pm however this morning at 5:30 we are experiencing heavy rain and thunderstorms. Stay tune as we monitor this situation

Night 2 of the Nationals starts at 6 pm. Hots laps, 3 min qualifying and 3 rds of heats.

Action shots from last nights practice session. We had record car count of 30 1/4 scales to kick off the nationals.

Hot August nights means we are near the start of the 9th annual 2026 QSAC Dirt Nationals presented by Mennare Aerosports. Trailers filtering in. 

Day 3 of the Nationals

3 pm will have our give aways from our associated sponsors. Please support them as they support us.

6 pm Hot laps start with 10 minutes in each class.

7 pm National anthem then we will start with the carry over from Thursday race with one heat race then our 40 lap feature. 8 max. With all your heat races completed, points will be added up to set the main. 4 guarantee to start. Tie breaker will be your qualifying time. Yellows will not count and we will invert back to the previous lap. Man up rule will be applied. If no one take the yellow both/all cars to the rear of the field. Also Outlaw start out of turn 2 or turn 3. Passing once tone and green is displayed. No jumping start.

Food truck will be available from 3 till 8 or so.

Day 2 of the Nationals

Thursday will be day 2 and we are getting down to business

3 pm we will start to pre tech so bring your cars up to be scaled and measured. After tech we will bring the cars out on the track for pictures and Best of Show. Hopefully we will start Hot laps with each class gets 10 minutes as soon. We will need marshals to help out. Drivers meeting with watering the track if necessary.
7 pm we will have a 3 minute qualifying session with your single best lap. Please have your cars ready as we will moving fast. 3 cars per session and this will be set by a pill draw. After qualifying we will maintain the track and have the National Anthem.
3 rds of heat races of 20 laps. We will try to blow off the track and pre water if necessary.
After all races completed we will take pictures of our top qualifiers in each class and call it a night. Food truck will be available from 3 pm to 8 pm.
Classes set with Trucks, 305 and 360 in that order.
Remember it’s all about points to get our top 6 guaranteed spots for Saturdays main event. Up next, day 3
