This Monday, join QCC in the Omaha cafe for our annual friendship bracelet making! Previous crafters have noted they're perfect for chalk bags, gym bags, or use as a gorgeous accessory. We'll bring the supplies, you bring the designs.

Our MW Running Club meets every Thursday starting at 6pm. Bring your running shoes, your water bottle, and your excitement! We will have some fresh fruit to snack on after our run as well. See ya there!

We are so excited for our Recreation League and Club Climbing Team to start practices up next week! There are still some spots available at both our Omaha and Lincoln locations, so be sure to register before they are gone!

Youth programs at MW are for all types of young climbers. We cater to beginners looking to learn climbing fundamentals and athletes wanting to hone their advanced climbing skills! There is something for everyone!

Lincoln Rocks is our upcoming bouldering competition at MW Lincoln, held on September 26th. It's designed for all climbers, with separate categories for men/women/non-binary and for the following difficulties:

- Recreational (V0-V2)
- Intermediate (V2-V4)
- Advanced (V4-V6)
- Open (V6+)
- Youth Intermediate (VB-V3, 13 and younger)
- Youth Advanced (V4+, 13 and younger)

The comp set was Jameson’s last guest setting day before he heads back to NYC, so naturally, we made it the best setting day ever.

Reel Rock 19 is showing TONIGHT at Film Streams, starting at 6:20pm, coordinated by MW Staff Member, Markus Gunadi!

We’ll have a brief panel discussion at the end of the film with representatives from MW, Approach, and North Star High School to chat about how topics from the film impact sport of climbing!
