🚨I got the in a close one tonight. This matchup has shootout potential, but I think San Francisco has enough juice if Purdy stays clean and the defense gets Stafford off rhythm.

My main prediction is 49ers 30, Rams 27. Bosa and Kittle are both cleared to go, although the 49ers plan to be smart with their workloads. Alfred Collins is out, while James Thompson Jr. is questionable. On the Rams side, Aaron Donald is out, but Myles Garrett is expected to play.

* Purdy: 275+ yards, 2 TDs
* CMC: 100+ scrimmage yards and a TD
* Mike Evans: one red-zone touchdown
* Bosa: gets at least one sack or creates a turnover-worthy pressure
* Kittle: 4-6 catches and a big third-down conversion

The swing factor is protection. The Rams added serious pass-rush talent, and if San Francisco handles Garrett without constantly needing extra blockers, I like the 49ers’ weapons against that secondary. The Rams themselves list slowing McCaffrey as one of their biggest keys.
