I started a new goal for myself every canning season and that goal is to try and can something new, but something that will still get used. Last year my new canned good was grape juice. This year is going to be bread! Starting with banana bread because i have some over ripe bananas to use up! Im the only one that eats banana bread and I can never eat a whole loaf, so pint size ready to eat jars of banana bread is going to be perfect!

Ill make a video on how but just know it is considered a rebel canning method. But do your research, they did this back in war times for the soldiers and the Amish do this as well! That is good enough for me! But if you don't like it don't do it!

Good Wednesday Morning Everyone! Look at that sky 😍❤️ My mom sent me this picture from their house. One of the only things I dislike about where we live is I cant see much of the sunrises/sunset from the house.

Tonight's small garden all. ☺️❤️ Im trying to talk myself into pulling the carrots and start the long process of canning them. They really do need pulled as their tops are out of the ground now 🫠Maybe ill work on pulling them tomorrow and prepping them, then can Thursday and Friday morning.
