It's September! We still have 2 more days of Friend Week if you know someone you would like to bring with you to Taekwondo! Have them wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle for our 1 minute break. We hope to see more friends this week!

This coming week is Friend Week! Bring your friend to class this week to exercise and play! Have them wear comfortable clothing.

White to Red Stripe: 11am

Then the next week is...Friend Week!
Bring a friend to class so they can experience Taekwondo! They can come to your classes August 31 - September 3rd. Have them wear comfortable clothing to work out. Get an invitation from the office to give to your friend.
