I've been asked time and time again: what is cyclepump?
We start out on the bike for a quick cardio jolt before transitioning and doing a handful of les mills bodypump tracks.
One hour, hybrid training, everything your body wants and needs. Best part? No experience required and one of the best communities around.
Come hang out with the cyclepump crew this semester UK Campus Rec Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm. I'll have a friendship bracelet waiting with your name on it😉

Hi all👋 it's a new semester and I'm another year older so what better time to reintroduce myself.
🩷I'm Liv, I'm 27 and by day I work in civic/ voter education and by night I'm your fitness hype woman.
🩷 I'm an inclusive fitness advocate that regardless of size, shape, identity, race, experience, orientation, etc. you belong with me.
🩷I'm a full time sweet treat lover so you'll get glances into my baking from time to time. This also means I'm not the place for nutritious advice and I never promote diets
🩷 I am a swiftie and I am chronically online so talk to me about any theories or the latest pop culture news.
🩷this is year 8(!!!) of teaching fitness and I always love learning from others in this space and always down to take a class. Other instructors, I wanna be your friend!
