We’ll kick things off at 9:15 AM, running on the bike trail directly behind the gym.

Over the past 3 weeks, our gym came together and completed 2,500+ pull-ups as part of our challenge leading up to Murph on Memorial Day.

Week 1: 20 pull-ups a day
Week 2: 30 pull-ups a day
Week 3: 20 pull-ups a day

Last month we finished our Anvil Consistency Challenge and finished the 6 weeks off with an in house competition! Our overall winner was Ellen! She got the Golden Dumbbell 🏆 with and tying for second! We're so proud of all our members who made it a priority to get to the gym on a regular basis. Keep up the hard work!😎
