Negligent Discharge. A FOURTH negligent discharge. I just got word of the same person that had, not one, not two, not three, their 4th negligent discharge. This is only what’s known. At least two were in a home. It’s obviously not safe for this person to handle fi****ms and about it we can do nothing.

Get a load of the first video. If you are in LE, I think you can agree, the approaching officers caused this incident. They need to learn deescalating practices.
