McTeggart Irish Dancers - Kentucky

Our sound wizards rolled high with their spells of bardic inspiration and the performers of Tahl's Court + the Beeserker Mead Hall played and danced wonderfully for the appreciative crowds.

Join us again today at the Lexington Renaissance Fair at Masterson Station Park (10-5) and then head to Tahlsound Presents: From the Bayou to the Bluegrass for a grand finale to this year's Summer Concert Season and a celebration of Louisiana in New Orleans.

Every dancer's journey - their dance story - is deeply personal, filled with low and highs, failures and triumphs, grief and celebration, self-doubt and self-confidence. Our student Miranda's story is no different. We're so grateful that she chose to share part of her own dance journey with us - a journey of discovery and reclamation as she found herself growing from Irish Dance to Sean Nós dance.

We have free trial classes coming up for wee ones (3-4 years old), children (5-12), teens (13-17), and adults - in Irish Dance and Sean Nós dance. Check out Miranda's blog post and come visit! We'd love to meet you at a free trial class.

We don’t know how the summer flew by so quickly, but we’re delighted to say… it’s back to dance school time!

Classes are back in Lexington tonight, August 11, and we kicked things off in Berea last Wednesday.
