The new and improved stretching bars have been installed at the gym. We now also have pull-up bars and three body-weight suspension straps setup for you to use. If you need ideas for how to use them (or torture yourself), ask Master Ben.

This fall, Grandmaster Sin Thé has decided to teach the Entwining Hands Praying Mantis Fist form. This form was developed in the Shantung Province of China, the home of the Praying Mantis fighting system. It consists of 4 sections and 37 postures and teaches the Praying Mantis system’s famous techniques for entwining and trapping your opponent’s wrists.

There will be both an in-person event and an online version of the seminar. Because of the tournament, the online/Zoom event will take place on the weekend before the tournament and in-person seminar. The online/Zoom seminar will be on Sunday, September 13th, the tournament will be on Saturday, September 19th, and the in-person seminar will be on Sunday, September 20th.

For those who attend in-person, there will be physical DVDs available for pre-order to be handed out at the door. Or, you can opt for a digital download instead. For those who attend the Zoom seminar and pre-order a video, you will be emailed a link to download the video to your computer.

The school will be closed on Saturday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day.
