We start Saturday.

This weekend, another group begins their 200-Hour Teacher Training at LPY.

Over the months ahead, we’ll dig into anatomy, alignment, sequencing, philosophy, hands-on work, practice teaching—and the why behind so much of what we do on the mat.

Some people come knowing they want to teach. Some come because they want to understand yoga differently. You don’t have to know where it will take you before you begin.

If Teacher Training has been sitting in the back of your mind, there’s still time to be part of this group.

For the past 20 years Amet has been teaching and practicing Karate, Yoga, and Tai Chi. She holds a Black Belt in Shotokan Karate and is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer. She currently works at LifeTime, where she shares her knowledge and experience through fitness, yoga, and wellness programming.

Amet’s approach combines discipline, strength, balance, and mindfulness. After building a successful career in the corporate world, she chose to follow her passion and dedicate her professional life to helping others become stronger, healthier, and more balanced—both physically and mentally. ✨ Reserve your spot NOW!
