We started the day relaxing poolside before heading back out to chase that elusive white rabbit. (For those of you following along…we never caught it. 😂)

All in all, what an incredible trip. 🙏🏼

No life-changing jackpots this time, but for me, there was a trip-changing jackpot Day 1. Yesterday, I added to my Club Tattoo collection and paid for my new ink entirely with Vegas winnings, allowing myself with another permanent reminder of the beautiful & resilient chapter that has been the last year of my life and can now be closed. ☺️
I’d call that a Win/Win/Win. 🎰✨

All these photos capture everything this trip was about: a fun time with my parents, laughter, love, memories we’ll never forget, too many amaretto sours, seeds planted for the future, two birthdays celebrated successfully and pure exhilaration to the point of absolute exhaustion. 🫣

Thank you for always warming my soul and reminding me that magic still exists for those willing to believe in it. Thank you for the unexpected moments, the belly laughs, the beautiful views, and the quiet reminder that we are always more Divinely Protected and Guided than we ever realize. 🪄

I never have time to take these classes because let’s be honest, I spend most of my time talking to someone and miss the fire safety class. 😂 I’m always super impressed with my friends as they showcase what they’ve learned during the day in class I could stay and watch all this forever. When showing up for the “real world” consists of watering, dusting and loving 72 of these beauts, during an EPIC Summer Solstice rainstorm….I’ll take it.

✨Chapter 2: Fluid Dreaming Through Meditation 🕉️

A group of meditators at a super loud festival. 10 a.m. on a Solstice Saturday. Music pulsing. Laughter echoing. Vendors vending. Children running. Parents chasing them. Drums beating. Goats bleating. The earth’s rhythm pacing the beat of our hearts.

My intention for everyone who showed up was simple: to guide them into surrender and help facilitate a moment of freedom through self-liberation. 🤸🏽‍♀️

Shoulders soft.
Hands relaxed.
Faces peaceful.
Hearts open.
Melting into the earth.

I hoped they would trust me enough to disappear into themselves for ninety minutes.

And I think they all did. 💝

That’s the true gift of meditation. 🙏🏼🌸

A successful yoga class isn’t measured by how many poses people accomplish. It’s measured by how safe students feel letting go into themselves. And together, we journeyed to the moon and back…in ninety minutes, on the longest day of the year. ☀️🚀

It is always pure joy to offer people a moment of calm, peace, and equanimity. I am endlessly honored to guide these beautiful souls into the landscape of Self. 😊

Thank you to everyone who showed up in this Ohmazing container. Thank you for trusting me to take you wherever your journey led. Thank you for stepping out of the festival noise for a moment in festival time (which sometimes feels like a lifetime) and into your own stillness and silence.
