The training equipment consists of 2 over-sized cages great for Hitting, Pitching, Catching, and modified Long toss. The cages slide back to create room for team Strength and Conditioning, as well as provide enough space to work on ground balls for infielders. In the room adjacent to the cages is a fully equipped weight room where players can build strength and continue their development, without having to leave the building! This is truly unique, and the ultimate baseball players haven!
