Our high-tempo sessions focus on the details that show up over time: skating efficiency, puck skills, hockey IQ, confidence, and decision-making. Consistent extra touches add up, and that’s where separation starts.

Congratulations to our Knoxville players on a great AAA debut in the 2026 - 27 season.

You made a strong impact in your first games. It’s always a pleasure working with these athletes during their in-week skates. The sacrifices from the families and the dedication from the athletes are what make it all worth it for everyone here.

Thank you for the kind texts and phone calls. Knoxville will always have a home for our AAA players. Enjoy the ride, we look forward to big things ahead this season out of each and everyone of you!

🏒 Welcome Coach Zach to the Knoxville Jr. Ice Bears! 🐻

We're excited to officially welcome Zach Main to the Knoxville Jr. Ice Bears coaching staff for the 2026–27 season!

A native of Welland, Ontario, Zach developed through the AAA hockey ranks before being selected by the Barrie Colts in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) Draft. He continued his career at Culver Military Academy, followed by time in both the NAHL and CCHL. Zach later attended Brock University while playing for the St. Catharines Falcons of the GOJHL, where he finished second in league scoring.

Zach brings an outstanding hockey background, a passion for teaching, and an energy for developing young players. This season, he will work closely with our Bears Selects and 8U programs, serving as an invaluable asset to our coaching staff and helping our players build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game.

Please join us in giving Zach a warm Knoxville Jr. Ice Bears welcome! We can't wait to see the impact he'll make on our players and our program this season.

🏆 Summer League Champions – Team Ryan! 🏆

Congratulations to Team Ryan on capturing the Smoky Mountain Adult Hockey Summer League Championship! After an incredibly competitive season, they earned the title and finished the job.

A huge thank you to everyone who played this summer. More than half of our games were decided by one goal or a shootout, which made for one of the most competitive seasons we've had.

Now it's time to turn our attention to the Winter League, which gets underway the week of August 11th. If you haven't registered yet, today is the final day!

🚨 PRO VISION HOCKEY ACADEMY REGISTRATION UPDATE 🚨

To continue improving the experience for our families, all Pro Vision Hockey Academy drop-in opportunities will now be registered exclusively through the Mindbody App.

This includes:
🏒 Private Lessons
🏒 Skill Skates
🏒 Small Group Sessions
🏒 Clinics
🏒 All other drop-in academy opportunities

After testing both platforms, we've found that the Mindbody App provides a much smoother experience with easier registration, better communication, automatic reminders, and fewer missed sessions. Our goal is to make getting on the ice as simple and convenient as possible.
