We couldn't stop smiling while looking through these buddies! Bring a Buddy to class brought out some of the best energy we've seen on the mat — kids showing their siblings, cousins, neighbors, and friends what class is all about, one move at a time. 🔥

There's nothing quite like watching a student take the lead, teach a new move, and cheer their buddy on like a pro. That's confidence in action — and it's exactly what we love to see grow week after week. 💪❤️
