Congratulations to our Summer Slam MVP, Meghan! 👏🏾💪🏾

Megan absolutely showed OUT throughout this entire challenge! From her total-body transformation, increased lean muscle mass, decreased body-fat percentage, consistency with her nutrition, and commitment to her training, she demonstrated what Summer Slam was all about.

But what made Meghan an MVP goes beyond the physical transformation. ❤️

She encouraged others, supported her teammates, stayed engaged, consistently posted her nutrition, brought positive energy, and led by example. THAT is what the MFTF community is all about!

Everybody else: “Coach… I have NO words for you right now.” 😭😂

Listen… I never said you had to LIKE me during the run! 🤣 I just need you to KEEP MOVING!
