Today is a reminder of how far we’ve come, and how much further we can go.

August 26, 1920, marked a major step forward when women gained the constitutional right to vote. But equality has never been just about having a voice at the ballot box. It’s about having equal opportunities to participate, compete, lead, create, and succeed in every space.

That door opened for women generations ago. Now it’s our responsibility to keep opening more.

In sports, in the workplace, in leadership, in traditionally male-dominated spaces, women deserve the opportunity to step through the door, take up space, and see what they’re capable of.

Here’s to the women who opened doors before us, the women pushing them open today, and the girls who will walk through them tomorrow.

Let’s keep opening doors. 💜

Due to some uncertainty around the filming schedule for the new season of American Ninja Warrior, we’ve decided to move the event dates to December 19–20.

While we know date changes aren’t always ideal, this gives our team the time and flexibility to make sure we can be 100% dedicated to creating the best possible course and experience for all of the women competing. 💜

Our priority is, and always will be, giving these athletes the event they deserve. We can’t wait to see you in Lee’s Summit! 💗

🚨 DATE CHANGE! 🚨

Due to the recent schedule change for the NSC Windsor event, we’re moving our Vitality qualifier to Friday, November 13 & Saturday, November 14.

This updated schedule gives our Teen, Young Adult, and Elite athletes the opportunity to compete Friday evening at WNA as a warm-up before heading to NSC Windsor later that weekend. All other divisions will compete on Saturday, with the chance to stick around and watch NSC Day 2 live on Sunday!

We’re excited to create another incredible double-header weekend with Ninja Sport Network and give our athletes even more opportunities to compete, connect, and support one another.

The road to the Season 2 Championship ends at Dexterity Depot🏆💜

We’re excited to return to Camp Hill, PA for our Season 2 Finals at one of the premier ninja gyms in the country. Home to one of the best course designers in the game, Dexterity Depot is known for creating innovative, technical courses with incredible female-focused adaptations that challenge athletes while showcasing their strengths.

The top 3 athletes from every qualifier will earn their spot at Finals, where they’ll battle it out for the Season 2 title. After five qualifiers across the country, it all comes down to one unforgettable weekend.

Join us April 16–18 as we celebrate the best female ninja athletes and crown our Season 2 champions!

We’re headed back to for our 5th and final qualifier of Season 2! 🥳

This location holds a special place in WNA history: our last event at MLab was where the Women’s Ninja Association officially became a league. We’re excited to return to the home gym of our Course Director, Jenn Sanders, and bring another incredible weekend of competition to Columbus.

MLab is also an important part of women’s ninja history as the home of ANW competitor , whose impact on the sport helped pave the way for generations of female athletes to follow 💪🏻

Qualifier number for in season 2 will be coming at you live from NYX in GA!

NYX Training Center, located in greater metro Atlanta, is one of the premiere obstacle and movement training and competition facilities in the Southeast. Led by former American Ninja Warrior competitor Michael “MJ” Johnson, ninja competitions at NYX always deliver fun and unique obstacle courses that challenge the competitors in speed, balance, strength and technique.

NYX is excited to welcome WNA athlete Ava Dombrowskythe mix as a guest course designer for their competition!
