Every instructor on our team is 200-hour certified or has additional specialized training and experience. But to us, it’s about more than just having a certification.

Our teachers are here to actually teach you. To help you understand the practice, offer guidance and modifications, answer questions, and help you feel comfortable whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years.

We’re a boutique studio, so we get to know our students and we genuinely care about your experience here.
