My Appendix Quarter Horse just keeps on amazing me. Our first Intermediate 2. Always a work in progress and we aren't going to the Olympics, but he keeps stepping up to the plate. We spent the winter going back to basics. All the Grand Prix movements are there, but taking our time.

It's not about the blue ribbon. That's just icing on the cake. The real joy for me is Judy's enthusiasm for learning and dedication to improving her riding. She is fully engaged in every lesson and always shows up with in depth questions from her practice time. This is the most fun part of my job. And I relish her success this past weekend at the Majestic schooling show where she and Sting won both of their classes. This is only their second show ever!

Roscoe and I had fun in clinics with Reese Koffler-Stanfield at Equine Affaire this weekend.
