Lydia Vanatta started dancing at Ballet Adora in the fall of 2017 and never left! Over the past 9 years, she’s trained in Ballet, Pointe, and Contemporary. She is such a valuable member of our community and a presence of grace and kindness to everyone around her!
Some of her favorite things to do aside from dancing include being at home with her family, taking walks, and crocheting. Her favorite snacks are Cheez-Its and apples. Lydia is so thankful for Ballet Adora and is excited to be joining the amazing community in a new way! 💛

Sophie Bayes is our new administrative assistant at Ballet Adora this year and we are so excited to have her join us! She is well known to so many of our students already from her work at Whiz Kids Preschool and Anchor Academy and is a much loved presence in our community.
A few fun things about Sophie: she’s newly engaged, she loves spending time with the people she loves, she’s getting excited about all things wedding-related, and she enjoys trying new things. Her go-to snacks are definitely Shirley Temple Poppi or jalapeño chips! She is so excited to be here and can’t wait to make new memories and friendships with everyone at Ballet Adora! 💛

Lydia Poole is the studio manager of Ballet Adora and has been a key part in growing the studio from a small number of classes to a school serving hundreds of students per week. She is a former dancer herself and she trained at The Studio School of the Arts near Atlanta, GA and The Ballet School in Valdosta, GA studying ballet and pointe. She has been a part of the stage management team for Ballet Adora’s productions of Hinds’ Feet on High Places, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, Christy, our 10th anniversary show, The Sound of Music, Peter Pan, and Little Women. She’s been on staff since 2016 and Ballet Adora wouldn’t exist without her!
Lydia oversees Ballet Adora’s logistical recital planning through tickets, costumes, programs, and studio communications. She also plays a large part in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere at the studio and she is frequently lending a helping hand to little ones or a listening ear to studio mamas. Her humor, decisiveness, and nurturing heart are greatly valued by us all! We also appreciate her providing us with our studio mascot 👶🏻🥰

Rachel Baldwin is a mom of two and a professional photographer with a lifelong love for dance and creativity. She danced competitively for 10 years and has loved being part of the Ballet Adora family, where her daughter has danced for the past 7 years. Rachel holds a Masters of Secondary education, is the former director of the Nashville Zoo’s Summer Camp, and was also the director for a camp that prioritizes kids with diverse special needs. When she’s not behind the camera or in the studio, Rachel loves traveling, hiking, and spending time outdoors. And if there’s a snack involved, anything pineapple or coconut flavored is always a win! 💛

Ms Brooklyn!! 💛🩰
Brooklyn Price found her passion for dance at the age of three. When her family moved to Nashville she began taking classes at Fellowship School of Dance. She trained extensively in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, and Contemporary from the age of 7 to 18. While taking classes at Fellowship School of Dance she was accepted into their Senior Company to extend her training. With her time in their Senior Company she attended Dance Revolution, danced for children’s homes, churches, and nursing homes. Brooklyn will always express her gratitude towards her instructors from Fellowship School of Dance.
While teaching, Brooklyn has kept up her training with various studios and companies. In the Fall of 2021, after dancing for Bethel World Outreach, she got asked to be a part of Ellie Holcomb’s upcoming music video. With excitement, Brooklyn began working as a lead dancer in Ellie Holcomb’s, “I Will Carry You” music video. In the summer of 2022, she attended New Dialects summer intensive and danced with Ballet Esprit company. Continuing her training, Brooklyn also danced with the studio Laugh, Love, Leap in their Adult Company. While she knows the importance of her individual training, her heart remains in teaching. She is beyond excited to start her 7th year at Ballet Adora teaching Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Lyrical, Creative Worship, & Contemporary!
Brooklyn is the co-choreographer of Ballet Adora’s productions of The Sound of Music (2024), Peter Pan (2025), and Little Women (2026) and in her role as Assistant Director she creates countless spreadsheets, rehearsal schedules, costume assignments, and ensures that all the creative ideas come to life! Nobody knows all the time and effort that she pours into the details all while making her students feel empowered, confident, and loved. 💛
