Coral Koi returns to AkaiCon to say Shello to new and old friends! An award-winning cosplayer turned professional mermaid performer, Coral Koi encourages others to dive into the cosplay niche of "mermaiding" where self-expression and creativity flourish. Coral Koi serves as the President of the Nashville Mermaid Pod, a local group of professional and amateurs merfolk enthusiasts where all are welcomed to be part of their world, in addition to being the founder of the Court of the Water Nymphs performance troupe featured at renaissance festivals throughout the Southeast. Sail by the booth to meet a mermaid, talk tails and other spe-shell equipment, and sea if mermaiding could o-fish-cially be your next obsession.

All of the fan panels are in and we're still working to get some of the guest panels and Gaming Tournaments in place. This is a new system we have built from scratch this year so things may break, things may look weird, things on the schedule may move around as the week progresses so please bare with us as we work through our new system and we do have alternatives in place incase something goes awry.
