How can anyone watch this swing and agree with any garbage being taught about swinging off of one leg and snapping blah blah blah ?? No, not everyone hits the same way but for 99% of normal sized humans, a forward move into a solid front side leg brace while getting the barrel on plane early and staying tight in the turn, is how you teach kids to hit and have a better chance to succeed. This swing in the video is a great example of that!!

It’s interesting some high profile guys around here are teaching that HLP garbage to MS/HS kids and they can’t hit water if they fell out of a boat!! But it looks cool and it’s trendy .. also created job security because hitters using it ALWAYS feel like they need another session 😂😂
