Day 2 of Spring Clinics ⚽️🔥
We built the foundation last week… now we’re applying pressure.
Ball control + mastery ➡️ tested in tight 1v1 battles. Because skill alone isn’t enough—it’s about how and when you use it.
Are we aware of the space?
Are we reading the defender?
Can we solve problems with BOTH our mind and our feet?

Today’s session highlights one of the simplest but most effective tools we use in player development… going barefoot.
It’s not just different for the sake of being different—it’s about helping young athletes connect more deeply with their body, the ball, and the environment around them.

* Builds proprioception (body awareness) so players move with more control and balance
* Helps athletes feel the ground, improving stability, coordination, and agility
* Enhances touch and control of the ball through increased sensitivity
