Holidays will always be here. Celebrations will always pop up.

So the goal isn’t “never enjoy it.”

The goal is: enjoy it without letting it turn into a 3 day spiral.

Because what usually happens isn’t one meal… it’s:
Today: “It’s the holiday!”
Tomorrow: “Well we already started…”
Next day: leftovers… and now the whole week feels off.

That’s not about willpower. That’s about no boundaries.

So here’s the move:
Pick the thing you truly love.
Have it.
Enjoy it.
Then set a standard.

Example: “I’ll have a slice… but I’m not taking it home.”
Because if it comes home, it turns into bites, then seconds, then “might as well.”

You don’t need perfection. You need a plan.

As someone who’s been in fitness for years, I can tell you the “secret” is actually pretty boring.

Simple band workouts 3x a week.
Daily steps.
Real sleep.
Enough protein and water.

That combo will do more for your body and energy than any crazy hack or all-or-nothing plan. Bands make it easy to get a real workout at home, even on busy days, and the rest is just you taking care of your basics.

Weighted glute bridges are one of the best moves for:
