It’s our final push-up challenge! Set a timer for one minute and do as many push-ups as you can. How much have you improved? Imagine if you did this every Monday for the whole year! It’s about continual progress not perfection! We’re getting stronger and healthier!

Hold a 75 second plank. If your record is already longer than 75 seconds for a full plank, then add 15 seconds to your personal best. If 75 seconds is difficult for you, feel free to modify and go down on your knees. Again the point is to challenge ourselves and get stronger!

We could all use more stretching in our lives! It’s great, poor mind, and our bodies! Do yoga or stretch for at least 20 minutes. Tuesdays at 8:30 AM. We have HIGH-yo at Synergy! It’s a fun yoga class choreographed to great music!

We’re ready to see how strong we’re getting! Any style of push-up counts. Set a timer for one minute and try and beat your previous record! Really strive for improvement! What can you do throughout the week that will help that number be higher for your final push-up challenge next Monday?

No device 1 hour before bed. Turn off your phone and put it away so that you can shut down and get a quality nights sleep! This one is probably going be the hardest for me. Is this a good habit you already have?
