Just a few kids getting better every week. No matter the age, you will be pushed past your limits to achieve your dream of being a top level college athlete. Keep every lesson chaotic so every game can be effortless. Keep grinding ladies!

Caitlin has officially mastered the two tee drill!! If you are someone who struggles getting all the way through the ball this is a great drill to do. Way to go Caitlin!!

Trying to work on being explosive with our first step. This drill teaches us to bring the leg/foot up to the chest rather than back behind the body. We are trying to create momentum and power going forward as quickly as possible. Work in progress but we are getting there 💪🏽
