A space for teens to build strength, confidence, connection, and aerial skills while having plenty of fun along the way!

Throughout this 4-week series, we’ll work together on aerial poses, skills, and sequences while building strength, body awareness, and confidence in the hammock.

No previous aerial yoga experience required~ just come ready to learn, move, fly, and have fun. Joy and laughter included!

🌕 Sturgeon Moon Sound Bath 🌕

Join us for an evening of release, renewal, and deep rest inspired by August’s Sturgeon Moon.

We’ll begin with 15 minutes of gentle movement and grounding, followed by a 60-minute immersive sound bath designed to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite inner peace.

Join Grace for a special soft opening preview before Fly With Grace classes officially launch at Ying Yoga on August 1.

This open-house style event will include short class previews, a relaxing sound bath, photos, and time to learn more about the new August~October schedule. You’ll get a taste of aerial yoga, low hammock, circus arts, kids aerial yoga, and mat yoga offerings in a welcoming and supportive environment.

This event is perfect for anyone curious about Fly With Grace at Ying Yoga~ whether you’re brand new to aerial yoga, ready to deepen your practice, bringing your kiddo to fly, or interested in joining on the mat.

All levels are welcome. No previous aerial yoga experience is required for the preview portions of this event. Space is limited, so please reserve your spot in advance.
