🌈🎨 Color, color everywhere! 🎨🌈

Day 2 of Art Week was bursting with color as campers dove into two of our messiest, and most favorite, activities of the summer: tie-dye and splatter painting!

Every camper designed their own one-of-a-kind tie-dye shirt, mixing bright colors and unique patterns that are as individual as they are. Then it was time to let loose with splatter paint, where creativity had no limits and paint flew in every direction!

There was color on the paper, color on the walls, color on the tables… and maybe even a little color on the campers and counselors too! 😄

So much color. So much mess. So much laughter. So much fun. We can’t wait to see what creative adventures tomorrow will bring!

🎨 Art Week is officially underway… and Day 1 was all about CLAY! 🏺✨

We kicked off Monday morning with a special visit from Ms Ellen, who guided our campers through the art of pottery! Each camper created their very own clay cup, then personalized it with colorful glaze and unique designs. Their masterpieces are now headed to Ms Ellen’s kiln to be fired and will return later this week, ready to take home!

The creativity didn’t stop there! In the afternoon, campers explored the world of air-dry clay, where they were free to let their imaginations lead the way. From tiny animals and sweet treats to imaginative sculptures and everything in between, it was so much fun seeing each camper’s unique ideas come to life.

There’s nothing better than watching creativity take shape—literally! We can’t wait to see what the rest of Art Week has in store.

💦🐾 Sometimes the best place for our own wild animals is… the pool! ☀️

A trip to the pool was the perfect way to spend a hot summer day! From splashing and swimming to floating down the lazy river, our campers had a blast cooling off, staying active, and making memories with their friends.

After a week full of safari adventures, farm fun, and rainforest exploration, today’s aquatic adventure was just what everyone needed. Smiles were everywhere, laughter filled the air, and we soaked up every minute of summer fun!

We can’t believe Wild About Animals Week has reached its mid point, but we’re looking forward to two more days of adventures together! 🐒🦁🦋💙

🌿🐒 Rainforest Day was a wild adventure! 🐸🐍

Today our campers journeyed deep into the rainforest for a day full of exciting animal adventures! We tested our teamwork in Monkey Vine Relay Races, slowed things down with a few rounds of Sloth Freeze Tag, and got creative by making adorable Hanging Tree Frogs and colorful Paper Chain Snakes.

Of course, no camp day would be complete without plenty of lunch, two snack breaks, lots of laughter, and cooling off indoors with Rio! 🦜🎬

Our campers did an awesome job staying cool, drinking lots of water, and taking care of themselves in the summer heat.

Now it’s time to dry off those hiking boots because tomorrow we’re trading the rainforest for the pool! We can’t wait for another day of summer fun! 💦☀️

🐾 Wild About Animals Week is off to a WILD start! 🐾

Our animal adventurers kicked off the week by exploring the African savanna! Campers painted beautiful Safari Sunset masterpieces before putting their speed to the test in our Cheetah Sprint Relays and discovering just how they measured up in the Animal Long Jump Challenge. From frogs to rabbits to kangaroos, everyone gave their best leap and learned some amazing facts about the incredible athletes of the animal kingdom!

Day two brought even more excitement as we headed to NCG Snellvillefor Minions & Monsters! They always treat us like stars.⭐️ 🍿💛 After the movie, we returned to All Star Kids for a farm animal-filled afternoon where campers created hilarious “Moooo-nion” farm animal crafts, laughed their way through the debut of our brand-new Sheep Herd Challenge, and enjoyed an afternoon packed with games, creativity, and teamwork. Not to mention Just Dance where all the counselors joined in the fun.

We can’t wait to see what adventures the rainforest and backyard wildlife have in store for the rest of the week! 🦁🌾🐸🦋

🚀 MISSION LOG: DAY 005 – COSMIC QUEST CAMP 🛰️

Mission Status: ✅ MISSION COMPLETE

After four incredible days of exploring the galaxy, defending planets, launching rockets, and surviving an aquatic expedition, Mission Control ordered one final assignment: Recovery Mode.

Our astronauts spent the day recharging in the cool comfort of the All Star Karate studio after yesterday’s long mission. We enjoyed a space-themed movie, board games, books, ice cream treats, plenty of air-conditioning, and lots of hydration to prepare for future adventures.

Now, a confession from Mission Control… 📸

Ms. Callie completely forgot to take pictures today! You’ll just have to trust us when we say our astronauts had an amazing time relaxing, laughing, and wrapping up an unforgettable week together.

Thank you to all of our incredible campers and families for making Cosmic Quest such an out-of-this-world success. From earning mission badges and building rockets to exploring the stars and cooling off at the aquatic center, this crew made every mission one to remember.

🚀 Mission Complete.

Next week, we’ll be trading rockets for roaring adventures as we head into Animal Adventures! We can’t wait to explore the wild with all of our campers. 🦁🦒🦋🐒

🚀 MISSION LOG: DAYS 003 & 004 – COSMIC QUEST CAMP 🛰️

Mission Status: ✅ SUCCESSFUL

Mission Control Report:

Every successful space mission requires careful planning—and sometimes that means conserving energy before the next big adventure.

Mission Day 003: Energy Conservation
Our astronauts remained safely inside Space Academy, escaping the summer heat while enjoying games, laughter, and the cool atmosphere of the All Star Karate studio. While recharging for the next mission, our crews put their creativity to work. The Blue and Green Teams designed their very own Milky Way Solar Systems, while the Orange and Pink Teams sculpted brand-new planets from air-dry clay, imagining what undiscovered worlds might exist beyond our galaxy.

After a day of rest, our crew was fully powered up for the next launch!

Mission Day 004: Aquatic Planet Exploration
With energy reserves restored, our astronauts had a big day planned! First they created alien habitats from Lego blocks, their imaginations are simply astounding! Then they boarded their Earth Transport Vehicles and traveled to the Mountain Park Aquatic Center. As temperatures climbed toward 100°F, there couldn’t have been a better destination. Campers, counselors, and staff spent the day floating the lazy river, racing down the giant waterslide, and cooling off together on an unforgettable aquatic expedition.

Mission Control is pleased to report that hydration levels stayed high, smiles were even higher, and the entire crew returned safely after another successful adventure.

📋 Mission Accomplished
🪐 Created Milky Way Solar Systems
🌍 Sculpted imaginative new planets
🎲 Conserved energy with indoor games
🚌 Traveled to Mountain Park Aquatic Center
