Aubrey McDade understands that at the highest level. A retired United States Marine and Navy Cross recipient, McDade served more than 18 years in the Marine Corps. During the Second Battle of Fallujah in 2004, he repeatedly exposed himself to enemy fire while attempting to rescue three wounded Marines. His extraordinary heroism earned him the Navy Cross, the nation’s second highest military decoration for valor.

His leadership journey continued after combat as he confronted physical injuries, trauma, PTSD, recovery, and the challenge of rebuilding his life. Today, he uses those experiences to help veterans, young people, leaders, and underserved communities confront adversity, take ownership, and recognize what is possible within themselves. His guiding principle remains, “I am my brother’s keeper.”

Dr. Fred Moss is a psychiatrist, mental health advocate, keynote speaker, author, and founder of the Welcome to Humanity movement and True Voice Mastermind. His work focuses on the power of authentic communication, connection, creativity, self expression, and listening as tools for healing and transformation. Through his books, programs, speaking, and coaching, Dr. Fred helps people rediscover their true voice and communicate from a place of greater authenticity.

Coach Timothy T.O. Clay is a retired U.S. Marine Sergeant Major with 23 years of service, leadership coach, motivational speaker, and bestselling author committed to developing leaders of purpose, resilience, and service.
