August 🥹💕 A little bit of EVERYTHING, but looking back at this month, what stands out to me the most is FAMILY, love and unity. So many moments that probably looked small in the moment but meant so much to me. DR with my family, celebrating love, spending real quality time together, making memories, laughing, partying, just being PRESENT. Then coming home and having more beautiful moments with my B***y Cave family too. 🥹🍑💕 I don’t know how to explain it, but lately I’ve just been feeling something different. Like we’re entering a new chapter… more togetherness, more intention, more making time for the people we love. I feel it in my soul. August reminded me how rich life really is when you’re surrounded by your people. 🥹❤️ And I have a feeling this is only the beginning.

Our Annual B***y Cave Private Pool Party 🍑👙💕 What an AMAZING day with my B***y Cave Babes!! The food, the drinks, the music, the laughs, the B***Y 😂🍑 everything was just soooo good!

One of my favorite parts was just being able to enjoy my girls OUTSIDE of the gym. We see each other every week, some of us damn near every day 😂 so somewhere along the way we became more than just girls who work out together… we became FAMILY. 🥹💕 This is what the B***y Cave is really about. 🍑🫶🏽

Hugeeee thank you to Genys Perez for opening up her beautiful home and pool to all of us 🙏🏽💕 and her family for CHEFING IT UPPPP, that food was SO GOOD I’m STILL eating the leftovers 😂🔥 My girl P Rolling Cheers Mobile Bar for pulling up with the mobile bar, creating such a fun DIY setup and keeping the drinks flowingggg 🍹💕 my girl EVENT PRODUCTION & ENTERTAINMENT for always being so reliable, I can always count on her coming through with the 360 Photo Booth 🎥✨ The Set Killer for keeping the music and vibes goingggg 🎶🔥 and of course my man for turning this whole day into a MOVIEEEEE Eights Digital 🎬🔥

And to ALL my B***y Cave Babes who helped put this together, I appreciate you ladies so much! 🫶🏽 Safe to say this is officially an ANNUAL B***y Cave tradition 🍑👙💦💕 Until next yearrrrr!

(Volume up) Motivation didn’t get me here. disciplined did. 💯 And when you really think about it, look at everything you’ve accomplished in your own life. That degree you earned, the business you built, the career you worked for, the family you created, the relationship you’ve poured into, the body you’ve built, the goals you’ve reached… were you motivated every single day? HELL NO. 😂 There were days you were tired, days you didn’t feel like showing up, days you questioned yourself, and days when quitting would’ve been so much easier…but you kept going. THAT is discipline. We put so much pressure on ourselves to feel motivated before we take action, when some of the biggest accomplishments of our lives were built on days we didn’t feel like doing s**t. Motivation is a feeling. Discipline is a decision. So the next time you’re waiting around for motivation to magically show up, remind yourself… you’ve already proven that you can do hard things. Bring that same discipline into whatever you’re trying to accomplish next. 💕💪🏽
