Meet Jo. She is our newest addition to the team of Wonder Woman Coaches here at Fortified Fitness.

Here is a little about her.

Almost three years ago, Jo walked through the doors of Fortified Fitness as a nervous first-time member looking to become healthier and stronger. What started as a personal fitness journey soon became a passion for encouraging others, and today she's proud to give back to the community that helped change her life.

As a coach, Jo believes fitness is about showing up, challenging yourself, and celebrating progress no matter where you're starting from. She strives to create a welcoming environment where every member feels supported, encouraged, and capable of more than they thought possible.

Outside the gym, Jo enjoys long-distance walks, spending time outdoors, anything true-crime related, and has a longtime love of K9 agility sports and working dogs.

Whether you're brand new to fitness or chasing a new goal, Jo hopes you'll leave every class feeling stronger, more confident, and maybe even smiling a little.
