"Earl" stayed in the community because he knew that learning something new does not mean you have mastered it... there will still be days where you slip up, and having a place to stay accountable, celebrate wins, and keep the momentum going is what makes the difference.

Unblock Your BS
Helping men master emotional safety + rebuild connection. Not therapy. Not fluff. This is the đź’© you were never taught.
Trying to solve emotional problems with logic is why she's shutting down... cause you're not actually solving for the real problem she's experiencing.
Notice for the men who are triggered by this video and lashing out at their woman (or me) in the comments are those who are trying to perform to earn/keep love and it's not working. Cause you equate your worth to what you do and when you've done everything you can think of and it's still "not good enough" it's because it's not about "doing" it's about who you're "being" with/to her.
When you can understand the difference in partnership between being and doing... you open up a whole new level of intimacy and connection (and it may or may not be with this current partner depending on how destructive your cycles have become). But that's how you break out of this cycle.
DM me HEAL to learn more about my men's program called "Healthy Men-tality" if you want to learn more about nervous system regulation and understanding how your patterns and childhood experiences are blocking connection in your adult relationships and how to show up in partnership as a man you are so fu***ng proud of!
In this week's episode, one of our Healthy Mentality members, Earl, opens up about being married over 40 years, having the family, the career, everything that looked like the American Dream from the outside, while feeling completely disconnected on the inside. He shares what finally helped him understand why, and what he's done differently since.

This is an essential skill to learn for any relationship or friendship! Most of us just want to share our experience judgement free and without feeling dismissed or rejected.

Learning to recognize what's actually happening inside you before your nervous system starts making that decision for you, that's the real goal here. Not getting better at pretending you're okay.
If you see yourself in this and you're done white-knuckling your way through your relationship, DM me the word HEAL and let's talk about Healthy Men-tality.

Men who want to feel peace regardless of what they're experiencing in the world MUST learn nervous system regulation - otherwise you will be 100% dependent on other people and things to provide you peace.... and nothing and no one can do that for you consistently so your peace will always feel out of reach.
Men - DM the word HEAL if you want to learn about my men's program called Healthy Men-tality or go listen to the Unblock Your BS podcast for stories of men just like you who have overhauled their lives learning how to regulate their nervous system inside of the program.
the "Good guy" tends to be someone who self abandons for the sake of being liked/chosen... it's not necessarily authentic but a performative survival response. You can be a kind and empathetic person... but without boundaries - you become a martyr and get the gold star of being a very likable doormat.
If you struggle with being walked all over cause you default to being the "good guy" and you want to learn healthy boundaries so that your kindness and compassion isn't taken advantage of... DM the word HEAL and let's talk about the Healthy Men-tality program.
Vulnerability is not the problem… a dysregulated nervous system is. When your body feels like telling someone your truth might actually kill you, that is your survival alarm going off when there is no real threat.
If you still haven't listened to this week's episode with you can catch the full conversation on any major podcast platform!
What does a man who's done the healing inner work act like?
Paul has done extensive inner work to become a grounded and self aware man who knows himself, unapologetically shows up as a man that is a safe support for those lucky enough to know him and has reconciled the shame, mistakes, and hurts he's experienced in his past so it's no longer a part of the life he's creating from here forward.
If you're a man looking to "do the work" and learn how to become that safe, unf**kablewith rock for those you love... DM me the word HEAL and let's talk about the Healthy Men-tality Men's Program.
