Congratulations to winner of week ✌️ of our Nutrition Challenge! Our challenge group spent the second week racking up points through extra “push” work. Push ups, dips, wall walks etc. It is awesome watching this group dial in their daily nutrition while building consistency in the gym as well.

🍿 CFLV Movie Night! 🍿
All members and their families are welcome to join us for a chill evening at the gym THIS Saturday, 8/29, 630pm.

We will be screening a favorite flick, serving up popcorn and pizza, and enjoying each others company. Bring whatever you want to sit or lay on, your choice of beverage, and additional snacks if you want. Voting is LIVE to determine which movie we will see, weigh in at the whiteboard!

Congratulations to Erica for winning week 1 of our nutrition challenge! The nutrition group spent the first week of the challenge attempting to increase their daily steps by 3,000 steps! This was in addition to gathering week 1 benchmarks and settling into their custom nutrition plans…an impressive 14 challenge members hit that goal with taking home the prize basket sponsored by and Awesome job! Keep it challenge crew, we will have our week 2 winner announced soon.

This Saturday, 8/22, we will be coming together to honor Officer Abdelnabi. All are welcome to join, heats at 830am and 10am.
💙 End of Watch: August 4, 2026 💙
A Marine Corps Veteran, Abdelnabi joined the LVMPD in 2023 where he served in the SE area command. He was shot and killed while responding to a call earlier this month. Survived by his wife, parents, and 3 siblings, Abdelnabi will be remembered for his compassionate nature and infectious smile.

We welcome the opportunity to show are respects through a challenging hero wod created in Officer Abdelnabi’s honor. The will be joining us along with many service members in our community.

“New Member Monday” love today going out to the beautiful Cody! Cody was referred to us last month by her boyfriend a long time CFLV member. Cody is new to CrossFit so took advantage of our “on-ramp” program to learn the foundational movements in a 1 on 1 environment with our coaches. Cody absolutely smashed those intro sessions and we and we are excited to see her in our early morning classes before she heads to her job as a medical assistant. Welcome to the FitFam Cody, we are so happy to have you!
