You know whatâs funny?
Every time I post photos like these, I get the same questionâŠ
âWhat did you do? What are you taking?â
The truth isâŠ
We already know we should train.
We already know we should eat better.
So why do so many women still feel stuck?
Because knowing what to doâŠ
and knowing what your body needs right nowâŠ
are two completely different things.
Thatâs what coaching really is.
Itâs not having someone count your reps.
Itâs having someone who knows when itâs time to push, when itâs time to pull back, and when itâs time to change the plan.
Thatâs where real transformations happen.

Thereâs a reason I have over 50,000 photos on my phone⊠đ
Itâs not because Iâm obsessed with taking selfies.
Iâm obsessed with tracking progress.
As an athlete and coach, photos tell me things the mirror never will.
Some changes are so small you donât notice them from one day to the next.
But give it a few weeks⊠or a few months⊠and those same photos tell a completely different story.
Thatâs why I always tell my clients:
Take the pictures.
Even on the days you donât feel your best.
Even when you think nothing is changing.
Because one day, youâll look back and realize your body was changing long before you noticed it.
Progress leaves clues.
Sometimes theyâre hiding in your camera roll.
Now Iâm curiousâŠ

Weâre getting closer đ€©
Yesterdayâs workout showed me exactly what Iâve been working for, and it felt so good.
Itâs hard to believe that just one year ago I was starting prep for Figure, and now Iâm almost ready for my very first Wellness show.
Iâm feeling confident, excited, and proud of everything Iâve built over the last year.
The journey hasnât been easy, but seeing the progress makes every sacrifice worth it.
