From first-time performers to seasoned flyers, every act showcases the dedication and joy that make our LVCC community so special. 💪💫

This Russian Swing Seminar will cover:
*Safety and Fitness Expectations
*Demo and Discussion of Apparatus
*Future Course Syllabus
*Auxiliary Training Overview
*Loading/Unloading the Swing
*Limited flying based on experience
Requirements:18+ years old. Must have advanced acrobatics, or diving experience.
