Confidence isn’t something coaches can give you.
It’s something you build.
Every time you show up when you don’t feel like it.
Every time you choose effort over excuses.
Every time you learn from failure instead of running from it.
That’s why we don’t chase confidence.
We chase preparation.
Preparation creates confidence.
Day 2 Intermediate Pitch Lab
The best pitchers aren’t guessing.
They’re intentional.
Day 2 focused on understanding movement at a deeper level. We broke down individual mechanics, built explosive whip, learned how separation creates power, and built change-ups designed to keep hitters uncomfortable.
Knowledge creates confidence.
Confidence creates competitors.
Another day. Another step toward becoming a pitcher hitters don’t want to face.
Day 1 of Intermediate Pitch Lab is in the books.
Today wasn’t about throwing harder. It was about building the engine.
We broke down mechanics frame by frame, challenged mobility limitations, and attacked strength and conditioning with purpose. Every rep was designed to create more efficient, explosive, and resilient athletes.
The details matter. The work matters.
This is where velocity is built. This is where confidence is earned.
Day 1 ✅
The foundation has been laid.

The Pitcher-Catcher relationship is one of the most important partnerships in sports. 👏🏽
A Catcher can calm a Pitcher down after a tough inning. A Pitcher can trust her Catcher to have her back when things get difficult. Together they create confidence, communication, leadership, and accountability for the entire team.
The best Batteries aren’t always the most talented. They’re the ones who trust each other, communicate openly, and genuinely want the best for one another.
Pitchers and Catchers: make time to build that relationship. Talk softball. Support each other. Learn each other’s strengths. Celebrate each other’s successes.
A strong Battery can change a game. A connected battery can change a season.
Our girl, .farrell25 knows something about a strong Battery and I can’t wait for our PC’s to learn from her! We still have spots open for our Advanced Catchers!

Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
