Most people are off by 40 grams of protein without even realizing it.

30 grams at every meal is the floor, not the goal. Eggs, chicken, Greek yogurt, salmon, simple math three times a day.

Under that number and you’re losing muscle in every deficit, not just fat. Over 35, that’s the difference between looking smaller and looking leaner.

Your shoulders ache after every machine lateral raise set and you think that’s just part of the exercise.

It’s not the exercise. It’s the handles.

Pretend you’ve got dumbbells instead. So much better on the joints. The handles force an angle that wrecks your shoulder joints over time.
