Can’t wait for this evidence to drop.
Finally... I am finally getting control of my bloat problem and my core is finally starting to come back in. Along with a few diet changes, i have to give some credit to products including the PHgreens and the Gut Protect. Severe acid reflux is hell and i wouldn’t wish it on anyone. A day without reflux feels like heaven to me so thank you colleen for your continued support!!

If there is any kind of positive we can take from the passing of a legend and absolutely amazing athlete and family man such as kobe bryant, it is the fact that in his 41 years of living he taught us to give everything you can give to something you love. His passion for the game should inspire all to pursue their dreams and put 100% effort into that one thing you love. I’m not sure what better lesson can be taken from someones life. You inspire us all sir.
You are tired, you had a rough week, your tummy hurts, your knee hurts, your sister is being a bitch, you had a long day... we all get the same 24 hours. Shut up and lift.

Well guys, i tried to full on bulk this winter and it didn’t work out as planned. I found myself eating crap food all the time which made me extra lazy and tired all the time. This lead to about 5lbs of gains but it seems to be all in my midsection (hard to see here with hand over my head) so what I cN take from this is my body loves the lean bulk approach. Slightly increased calories and nutrient timing, i’ve managed to put on about 100lbs of muscle so I don’t know why I decided to try to change it up! Anyway, back on the grind. Training intensity is back and i’m looking forward to seeing where we take this physique in 2020!
Also, don’t forget the 30in 2020 contest registration ends Jan 6th! Make sure you get your diet and workout plan and your chance at $1000 at the end of the month!
