Somewhere along the way, it became family.

Pushed, but not forgotten.
Corrected, but still loved.
Seen as more than players, coaches, swings, stats, or talent.

Real people.
With real stories.
Real battles.
Real growth.

And that’s the part I never want to lose sight of.

God has a way of using broken people who make mistakes, fall short, and still need grace every day and somehow, He uses them to bless others.

That’s what The Farm has become to me.

Not something I built alone.
Not something that belongs to me.
But something God has allowed us to steward.

A place where His people can be strengthened, guided, picked up, refined, and reminded that they are more than what they do.

As we step into this next chapter, that’s the responsibility.

Not just to build a better brand.
But to carry the heart of this place with more humility, more clarity, and more purpose.

Open 45 + stride with our 28” Hammer short bat off the machine.

It keeps them from sitting on the back leg and spinning off the ball. They have to learn how to get forward while staying back.

If you yank off the ball or jump to your front leg, you’ll clip it off the end.

Heavy machine balls are one of our favorite ways to teach hitters to stay through the ball, produce more force at contact, and handle breaking balls without leaking early.
