After much consideration and no small amount of hard work, we have an exciting announcement for you.

Jeff Speakman’s World Martial Arts Event will be available to entirely livestream again this year, including both the Kids and Adult Advanced Belt Testing, World Championship Tournament, and Grand Championship performances, plus the addition of this year's all new 5.0 SUPERFIGHTS.

This will give the members of our family that are unable to join us in Vegas, the opportunity to watch live and play back the event when convenient.

The watch page displays three tabs that help you find the content you are looking for: Live, Upcoming, and Replays. It also has a drop-down menu which allows you to choose from the following events which are all included:

Testing which will be held Tuesday, July 7th, approximately 3-5pm for the Kids/Teen Program and 6-9pm for Adults.

Competition & Eliminations which are on Wednesday, July 8th and Thursday, July 9th from approximately 10am-5pm

Dinner & A Fight Event which will be held Friday, July 9th, which includes the Grand Championships and 5.0 SUPERFIGHTS along with rank diploma presentations, which will be from approximately 6-10pm.

Simply drag any of the streams into the main area on the left and you will be prompted to watch the stream by logging into or setting up your Smoothcomp account. Once you are logged in, it will prompt you to pay and you will have access live during the event and playback for 30 days.

Despite the amount of time, equipment, and development that has gone into making Livestreaming a reality for this event, we have been able to keep the cost down to only $15 for the entire event, which is 4 days long, with multiple exciting events!

Hello everyone,

Registration and adjustment period closed on June 5th. Any changes / adjustments after this point will have to be addressed during check-in on July 7th and 8th at the registration desk at the Rio’s convention center. Now we get to work and prepare everything for an amazing experience for all participants.

The Hotel gave us an extension on the deadline for the dinner count and would like to let everyone know that you have Wednesday, July 1st to purchase additional “Dinner & A Fight” wristbands. If you would like to add additional dinner wristbands, we will have to do so manually since Smoothcomp registration closed. Please email us ASAP and let us know how many tickets you would like to purchase and we will email you an invoice which needs to be paid immediately.

Wanted to let everyone know that we have extended the registration deadline for this years’ Las Vegas Event to this Friday, June 5th, 2026!

June 5th will be your final opportunity to sign up for the event. This day will also be your last chance to double check your registration information; such as Spelling of Name, Age, Rank, Weight, correct Competition Events, Event T-Shirt Orders, Raffle Tickets, Advanced Kids & Adult Testing Registration, and Guest “Dinner & A Fight Wristbands”.

It is very important to double-check your information and make sure it is updated by June 5th because it will lead to disqualification or a re-bracketing fee of $25 for each change. We are removing the couple pound weight buffer we had put in place for fighting and grappling like past events. Updated fee schedule for check-in/Weigh-in: If you weigh-in up to 3 pounds heavier than your stated weight, there will not be a fee to re-bracket. If you weigh-in 4-5 pounds heavier than your stated weight, there will be a $10 fee to re-bracket. If you weigh-in more than 6 pounds heavier than your stated weight, there will be a $25 fee to re-bracket.

Remember, there will be absolutely no changes or adjustments after June 5th to registrations. Please double check with competitor to make sure they have chosen the correct competition events; we have two types of forms competition and a total of six maximum competition events a competitor can sign up for.

Smooth comp doesn’t allow participants to make the following adjustments: If you would like to swap, delete, or add additional competition events to your registration, please email us and let us know what change you would like to make, and we will refund you or invoice you if need be and we will make the requested changes.

If you would like to add raffle tickets, t-shirts, Kids/Adult Testing, or Dinner & A Fight event wristbands, you are welcomed to login and you will be able to do that yourself on Smoothcomp. Also if you have not signed up for any competition events, you can also login and add on Smoothcomp yourself.

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

Wanted to give everyone an update on the event which will be held July 7-10, 2026 at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Very excited to announce that we will have a special performance at the “Dinner & A Fight” event Friday evening by our guest instructors from Okinawa, Sensei Yonesato and Sensei Kuramoto. Sensei Yonesato will perform Seiyunchin (partly seen in the Perfect Weapon and Master Speakman performed in his 10th Dan grading) and Sensei Kuramoto will perform Suparinpei (the highest form in Goju). They will also perform Gekisai Dai Ichi Renzoku bunkai, which will show the power generation in Goju that Master Speakman mentions often.

Sensei Yonesato and Sensei Kuramoto will also be holding a training Gasshuku (continuous training clinic), which will be Wednesday and Thursday from 10am-12pm & 2-4pm and all participants of the event are welcomed to join at no extra fee?

The NEW 5.0 GRAPPLING division is now open to all ages and ranks. The entire competition will be spread throughout a two-day span which will make competition better for our competitors and families. This year will be the first year of our 5.0 SUPERFIGHTS, looking forward to seeing our talented black belts on stage!
