🚨 Breaking News: Raiders TE Brock Bowers underwent a “meniscus trim” on Tuesday in Dallas and is expected to miss “a game or two,” according to NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
Bowers was banged up in camp but the Raiders kept the news on the low away from media. The surgery was done with Dr. Daniel Cooper. Not good for Raider Nation. Let’s hope, he only misses a game or two 😔🏴☠️

🚨 Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty is back at practice today for the 1st time since he injured his ankle.
He is expected to practice this week leading up to the game according to Raiders HC Klint Kubiak. One step closer to starting week 1. If you have him as your NFL Fantasy RB, it’s looking good! 📈🏴☠️

The Raiders have signed former Rams 7th-round pick DT Tim Keenan III and brought back UDFA F/B/TE Patrick Gurd to the practice squad.
Tim Keenan III went to Alabama and was the Rams 7th-round pick of this draft but was released from their practice squad. The Raiders decided to take the chance on him. Gurd was signed to the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Cincinnati, where he crossed trained as a FB and blocking TE. He didn’t make the final roster cuts, but they decided to sign him back to the practice squad 🏴☠️
In corresponding moves, the Raiders have released UDFAs DT Gary Smith III and S Devin Lafayette.
Gary Smith III was signed as an UDFA by the Raiders out of UCLA and Devin Lafayette was an UDFA out of Troy 🏴☠️

🚨 The Raiders have released their 1st depth chart ahead of Week 1 of the season and name their starters!
Things that stand out is RG Jackson Powers-Johnson won the battle in beating RG Caleb Rogers for the starting position. QB Fernando Mendoza is a QB2, not QB3. CB Darien Porter is starting opposite of Eric Stokes. FS rookie Treydan Stukes won the starting job. WR Tre Tucker is not returning kicks. DT Folorunso Fatukasi is ahead of Thomas Booker and JJ Pegues on the depth chart. LFG! 🏴☠️

He was known as a groundbreaking punter who revolutionized the position with his powerful leg, exceptional hang time, and ability to consistently pin opponents deep in their own territory. He became the first and only pure punter inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and helped the Raiders win 3 Super Bowl championships. He passed away in 2022 but his legendary accolades will be remembered forever. RIP! 🩶🏴☠️
